Welcome to the First Boucherie Meat CSA in glorious Dolores Park!

 

 Many of you have sampled the fine cured meats prepared by chef Peter Jackson.  Here's your chance to purchase hand made tasso ham, andouille sausage and honey & meyer lemon cured bacon.  

We will be hanging out at the park (come in from the eastern Cumberland St. entrance and head straight to the park benches) between 11am and 3pm, Saturday, February 26th, bringing a frisbee, some sunshine, snacks and maybe some tunes.  

 

So here are the mechanics of purchasing: you must buy the meat in 1 pound increments, and 1 ticket equals 1 pound.  So if you want 2 pounds of tasso, 3 pounds of sausage and 5 pounds of bacon, you'll buy 2 tickets of tasso, 3 tickets of sausage and 5 tickets of bacon.
